We build custom single-family homes throughout the Piedmont Triad Area of North Carolina.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Principals previously worked for large, national building companies.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We build anything the customer wants, anywhere they want it. Our homes feature many quality features and are built to Energy Star standards. And although we build quality homes, we do everything we can to work within the homebuyers' budget. And, we follow up and service our homes after closing so as to earn our Customers' highest satisfaction.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We work only in Central North Carolina.

Homes are generally built through Construction Loans obtained by the Homebuyers through local banks.

Dan Skeehan and Regis Skeehan are partners and operate the company. Dan focuses mostly on construction issues, Regis focuses mostly on administrative and sales issues.
