How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I saw a void in water treatment businesses in the area and decided it would be a good opportunity to fill that need. I graduated from East Carolina University with a BS degree in 1974.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My written customer satisfaction guarantee. I am an on site owner who personally sells and services the equipment we sell. We will let you pick your own referrals from our customer list. We will automatically schedule your service for you if you want us to.
