How long have you been in business?
Started in 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
Helping clients make technology decisions, implement them and manage projects to improve business processes. This includes, cost reduction projects for datacom and utilities, contract negotiation, RFPs and bid specifications for a variety of products. VoIP, PBX phones systems, cloud technologies and network infrastructure are typical topics. In addition we act an integrators to make systems work together and as technicians to fix what breaks.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have worked as industrial engineer, computer sales to enterprise businesses, and then in Telecom. Changes in deregulation in 1994 and 1996 got my interest, however, seeing the challenges, confusion, and misrepresentation at times kept me interested in staying to provide ethical alternatives.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location with resources in many areas. Have worked with firms in Texas and Oregon in lowering their telephone expenses.
What are your hours of operation?
typical work days but can be available in other hours.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We met and exceeded their expectations and will be the first company contacted when there is a question or project. Refreshing integrity and source of insight.
