We incorporated in 1990 and have been in continuous operation ever since.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide outsourced IT services to businesses.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I attended UNCG and studied Business Information and Support Systems.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We deliver "PEACE OF MIND" to our clients. If their infrastructure is on-site we perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime. If their infrastructure is partly or fully in the cloud we help them stay secure and operational so they can focus on their business and not technology.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have on location and no immediate plans to expand.
