How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Spencer Johnson tapped me to be the leading speaker for his bestselling book Who Moved My Cheese? I gave over 100 keynotes around the globe on that book and since have developed my own message on change leadership. Also have a new book coming out in December 2016 called Change: The Tools You Need For The Life You Want At Work And Home.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and business owner. I also serve as an executive coach for C-Suite executives. The combination of my background and experience, including giving over 250 talks on change all over the globe, provides me with a unique view and perspective on leading through change and what it takes to be successful.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
