Conference Resources, Inc. is an association management company that specializes in small to medium associations - 100 - 1000 members. We also produce and manage conferences, trade shows and conventions.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My business partner, Pat Fogleman and I have extensive backgrounds in the hospitality industry. After working in the hospitality industry for several years, we were convinced that there was a strong need for corporations and non-profit associations to have access to professional meeting planning and association management services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Experience and customer service. Service oriented is not simply a phrase in our vocabulary - it is one of the key reasons for our company's success.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are headquarted in Greensboro, NC. We are always expanding our business by adding new clients.

Located in downtown Greensboro, between Battleground Avenue and Eugene Street. Our offices are directly behind the Greensboro Grasshoppers ballpark - 405 Battleground Ave. - Suite 204 - Greensboro, NC 27401

Kay Swofford and Pat Fogleman own the company and are involved with operations on a daily basis.
